This is a fast growing area of corporate America. “Intellectual Property” consists of patents, trademarks, creative designs, copyrighted material, software, business records, client lists, etc. If you own a business, people will steal these from you eventually and try to start their own business and compete against you. And they do this by using the data and materials you spent years creating and building your business on.

If a theft of your Intellectual Property occurs you can – at a minimum – sue to get them to stop using your materials and to pay you in a settlement. In some cases, you can also get law enforcement involved and prosecute the offenders. Dave Culbreth Investigations contracts with a cyber security company who will come in and audit your books, search your data and digital systems and determine what breaches occurred. In addition, we can put safe guards in place so that it doesn’t happen again.
