Dave Culbreth has been a private investigator, owning agencies in Cincinnati and Southwest Florida, for over 20 years. He has assisted the biggest law firms in Cincinnati and helped prepare them for trials. He has investigated thousands of cases involving police shootings, police brutality, wrongful arrests, wrongful deaths, murders, and insurance fraud. His clients have mostly been law firms which have represented hard working Americans, along with some doctors, business people, and even Reds and Bengals players.

In between being a private investigator, he’s also been a television news investigative reporter specializing in serious, complicated, and in-depth investigations. He’s been based in Southwest Florida for over four years and is a native Floridian, born and raised in the Daytona Beach area. Over the years he’s worked in the news business in Jacksonville, Savannah, Macon, Cincinnati, and Philadelphia – which is where he first started investigative reporting covering the misdeeds of Philly’s athletes.

In addition, he has a baseball background having played, coached, and scouted at the University of Florida, the University of South Alabama and for the Pittsburgh Pirates. He possesses a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Florida, and a Masters Degree from the University of South Alabama. He is currently a scout for the National Scouting Report, which scouts high school baseball players who are potential college prospects.

His favorite celebrity is Charles Barkley, who he got to know when Charles played for the 76ers and Dave worked at CBS in Philadelphia. He is an avid fisherman – which is the primary reason he moved to Southwest Florida – as he’s constantly fishing on Charlotte Harbor hauling in HUGE redfish and snook (yeah……right).
